• Being part of the national Project Nur network allows students to engage in strong and rich activism while expanding their skill sets and building invaluable experience. Project Nur empowers students to address difficult humanitarian, political, and rights-based issues on their campuses.
  • Project Nur allows students to self-direct campaigns on their campuses by hosting events, generating awareness, and conducting discussions. Students have an opportunity to create a positive change on issues they really care about in their campus community.
  • By focusing on issues and challenges related to the Muslim world and Muslims in the US, we hope to build bridges between American Muslims and non-Muslims through understanding, cooperation, and respect.
Interested students or current Project Nur members can find more information on what it means to be part of Project Nur on the Student Resources page. There is also a strong role for professors and alumni in the Project Nur network and we ask you to learn more about what you can do, as well.
